Wings of Music was founded in March 2009 by the renowned Chinese musician and educator, Mr. Chai Liang, who was deeply inspired by and aligned with the principles of El Sistema in Venezuela.
In 2017, the Wings of Music Charity Foundation was established in Hong Kong, with the mission of providing free classical music and arts education to children from low-income and underprivileged families.

Wings of Music’s charity programs are directly inspired by the El Sistema model, striving to use music as a medium for social inclusion, collaboration, cultural participation, and continuous individual and community growth.
El Sistema, the "Venezuelan Youth and Children's Music Education System," has spent over five decades providing free classical music education to over three million children from impoverished backgrounds, becoming a global benchmark for music education and social transformation.

Over the years, we have garnered support from numerous artists, educators, and philanthropists. We are proud to have nurtured many young music lovers, helping them realize their
musical dreams. Some of our outstanding students have pursued advanced studies at the "East Coast Arts School" under Mr. Chai Liang’s guidance and have entered top music academies both domestically and internationally to continue their musical journeys.
Wings of Music is not just a cradle for young musicians' dreams, but also a steadfast pillar and guiding force on their musical journeys.

Talent Development Program
“Nurturing Musical Dreams, Co-Creating the Artistic Future”
- The Wings of Music Talent Development Program was launched in 2019. This program seeks to provide gifted music students with professional resources and opportunities for growth, inspiring them to pursue their dreams, build confidence, and cultivate creativity while fostering individual and artistic development.
- We welcome musically talented students who are eager to pursue their dreams, encouraging them to explore knowledge, build friendships, trust, and cooperative spirit, and find spiritual fulfilment through arts.
- In the selection process at Dandelion Middle School, three exceptionally talented students, Ge Ze Ya, Peng Li, and Zhao Guang Yuan, stood out. Under the guidance of Wings of Music, they will refine their skills in saxophone, classical guitar, sight-singing, and piano, embarking on their musical journeys and letting their gifts shine on the artistic stage.
